Rafal Krol

Rafał Król is traveler, polar explorer, photographer, extreme equipment designer, journalist, safety and survival expert, and founder of the travel and safety website expeditions.pl. He has completed numerous expeditions in extremely difficult conditions, including solo polar expeditions. On his expeditions, he uses a variety ways of transportation, from backcountry skis, skimo skis, kayaks, packrafts, to traditional long-distance backpacking. He undertakes expeditions in all climates, from hot deserts to the wintry Arctic. In many of his expeditions, Rafał prioritizes nature conservation and the preservation of wildlife for future generations.
